Privacy policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit thebigsiblingreset.com or buy The Big Sibling Reset, and what happens to it. The Big Sibling Reset is run by Aldarion (the Netherlands) ("we", "us"), KvK 87498766. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

When you visit the site. Whop's analytics pixel runs on every page. It records page views, which pages you visit, the device and browser you use, roughly where you are (country or city level), where you came from (for example an advert), and whether you start or complete a checkout. We use this to understand which pages and adverts work.

When you buy. Checkout is provided by Whop. Whop collects your email address, payment details and billing country to take the payment and give you access to your files. We don't see or store your full card details. We can see your name, email address, what you bought and when. We use your email address to send you your download links.

When you email us. We keep your email and our reply so we can help you.

How we use it

We don't sell your personal information.

Who else processes it

Whop, Inc. runs the checkout and analytics, under its own privacy policy. Vercel, Inc. hosts this site and the files, and Resend, Inc. sends our emails (your download links). They process information only on our behalf. Our advertising is run through Whop, which may share conversion events (such as a purchase) with advertising platforms like Meta so adverts can be measured.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting (usually 6 to 7 years). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK and EU), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@thebigsiblingreset.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information about children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
