Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you use this site or buy The Big Sibling Reset (the "guide"), sold by Aldarion (the Netherlands) ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Whop, Inc., and Whop's own terms also apply to the checkout.

What you're buying

A set of downloadable PDF files: the guide, the Say This Now scripts and the printables, plus the Partner Pack if you add it. Your download links appear straight after payment and we email them to you too. There is no physical product and no subscription. You pay once.

Not medical or professional advice

The guide is general information for parents. It is not medical, psychological or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for it. We are not doctors, psychologists, health visitors or other licensed professionals. The content draws on published guidance from public health bodies and charities, but it has not been reviewed or approved by them. Every child and family is different. You are responsible for deciding what is right for your family. If you are worried about your child's behaviour, development, health or safety, or your own mental health, talk to a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Always supervise young children. Never leave a toddler and a baby alone together.

No guaranteed results

The guide is a 14-day plan, not a promise. We don't guarantee any particular change in your child's behaviour. See our refund policy.

Your licence

The files are for your personal, non-commercial use and for the people who help care for your child. Please don't resell, publish or share the files publicly. Printing copies for your partner, grandparents or nursery is fine.

Immediate access and your right to cancel

The files are digital content delivered immediately. By completing your purchase, you ask for access straight away and agree that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel (under UK and EU law) once you start downloading the files. After that, we don't offer refunds, except where the files are faulty or not as described. See our refund policy.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from how you use or rely on the guide, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
