Refund policy

The Big Sibling Reset is a digital download. You get the files the moment you've paid, so we can't offer a refund once you've downloaded them.

Your right to cancel

When you buy, you ask for immediate access to the files and agree that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel (under UK and EU law) once you start downloading them. If you haven't downloaded any of the files yet, you can still cancel within 14 days of buying: email us and we'll refund you in full.

If something is wrong

If a file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what we described, email support@thebigsiblingreset.com from the address you paid with (or tell us which one it was). We'll send you a working file, or refund you if we can't put it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Whop, who process our payments. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it. Access to the files ends when a refund is issued.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
